IRIA is present in two Único Hotels properties that have been awarded MICHELIN Keys
Mas de Torrent and Finca Serena Mallorca, both equipped with IRIA chargers, are among the Único Hotels properties recognised in the 2026 MICHELIN Keys selection.
Excellence in hospitality is built on a multitude of details. The architecture, the surroundings, the service, the cuisine and every single element that forms part of the guest experience.
This year, Único Hotels has once again been recognised with a total of five MICHELIN Keys, distributed amongst four of its properties:
- Mas de Torrent — 2 MICHELIN Keys
- Hotel Único Madrid — 1 MICHELIN Key
- Palacio de Luces — 1 MICHELIN Key
- Finca Serena Mallorca — 1 MICHELIN Key
For IRIA, this recognition also holds special significance: our electric vehicle chargers are installed at Mas de Torrent and Finca Serena Mallorca, two of the award-winning properties.
When electric mobility is part of the experience
In a high-end hotel, an electric vehicle charging point is no longer merely a necessary piece of infrastructure.
Guests expect every element they encounter during their stay to be as consistent as the rest of the project: functionality, ease of use, design and seamless integration with the architecture.
That is precisely one of the principles on which we developed IRIA.
Our chargers have been designed to provide a charging solution that can be seamlessly integrated into hotels, resorts, homes and architectural projects where aesthetics and the surroundings are just as important as the technology itself.
Mas de Torrent: 2 MICHELIN Keys
Nestled in the heart of the Empordà region, Mas de Torrent combines the architecture of a historic farmhouse with a contemporary approach to hospitality, gastronomy and wellbeing.
The hotel has retained its 2 MICHELIN Keys, a distinction that recognises some of the most outstanding hotels for the quality and uniqueness of the experience they offer.
In a setting such as this, installing infrastructure for electric mobility presents an additional challenge: incorporating the necessary technology without disrupting the visual language of the space.
IRIA’s presence at Mas de Torrent is a direct reflection of this philosophy of integration.

Finca Serena Mallorca: 1 MICHELIN Key
Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean scenery, Finca Serena Mallorca has been awarded 1 MICHELIN Key.
Its architecture, gardens and the hotel’s integration with the landscape create an environment where the various elements have been designed to coexist naturally with the space.
Here too, IRIA forms part of the hotel’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The aim is simple: to provide the service required by guests arriving in an electric vehicle without making the charger seem out of place within the architectural design.

Design, architecture and electric mobility
The electrification of the vehicle fleet is making charging a new essential service for hotels and tourist accommodation.
But particularly in the premium segment, the question is no longer simply:
“Do we have chargers?”
The question is beginning to be:
“How do we integrate charging into the experience and design of our establishment?”
Architects, interior designers, hoteliers and developers are increasingly seeking solutions that allow technology to be incorporated without compromising the visual identity of their projects.
At IRIA, we see the charger as another element of that architecture.
Technology, materials and design must work together so that the charging infrastructure fulfils its function whilst, at the same time, harmonising with the surrounding space.
Excellence also lies in the details we don’t always notice
Único Hotels explain their philosophy through an idea with which we particularly identify: excellence lies in the details.
In what the guest sees, but also in everything that makes the experience work.
Electric mobility is increasingly becoming part of those details.
That is why it is particularly satisfying for IRIA to be present at Mas de Torrent and Finca Serena Mallorca, two projects where design, landscaping, hospitality and the overall experience are now also recognised by the MICHELIN Keys.
Because in premium hospitality, charging shouldn’t simply be a matter of infrastructure.
It should be an integral part of the place.
